Managing Director

Platform: WELF (Flagship brand of Welfare Group)

WELF is building a high-performing, white-glove Solutions platform delivering structuring, relocation, tax, and company setup services in the UAE and internationally. We’re seeking a Managing Director to lead revenue growth, scale operations, and drive strategic introductions to our Advisory business.

Your Mission:
Build and scale WELF Solutions into a fully systemized, CRM-driven engine that consistently delivers exceptional client experiences and profitable growth. Drive Solutions revenue aggressively, identify high-value wealth prospects, and expand B2B product distribution.

What You’ll Own:
  • Solutions Operations: Create standardized workflows, SLAs, and SOPs for all service lines (structuring, company setup, residency, banking, tax). Ensure CRM-driven tracking of leads, mandates, client interactions, and delivery.
  • Revenue Growth: Scale Solutions revenue from baseline to 10× in 3 years, maintaining strong margins, predictable lead flow, and measurable client satisfaction.
  • Wealth Conversion: Identify 20–30% of Solutions clients as potential wealth prospects and ensure formal handover to WELF Advisory.
  • B2B Product Distribution: Launch and scale products like WELF Yield, WELF Flow, WELF Alpha, and PropYield via dedicated B2B channels.
  • Team Leadership: Build and scale a high-performing Solutions team quickly; set KPIs, coach A-players, and ensure time-to-productivity for new hires.

What We’re Looking For:
  • 10–15 years of commercial, sales, or business development leadership, preferably in structuring, wealth, advisory, or professional services.
  • Deep expertise in UAE company setup, SPVs, holdings, relocation, residency, and tax.
  • Proven track record in building CRM-driven operations with disciplined workflows and reporting.
  • Strong commercial judgment and P&L ownership, with experience scaling revenue and maintaining margins.
  • Skilled in product distribution, team building, and operational discipline.
  • A visible leadership presence with HNWIs, institutional clients, and partners.
  • Exceptional execution speed, capable of hiring talent and scaling systems without compromising quality.
